In this section you can find information on Centacare services related to Case Management including: 4.1 Personal Support Program (PSP)Choices PSP is an Australian Government initiated program offered through the Catholic Social Services Australia network, of which Centacare is a member. Choices PSP is funded by the Australian Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations, and assists long term unemployed people who have multiple barriers to employment and community participation. At the beginning of the financial year, the Australian Government decided to restructure a variety of employment and employment–related support services. Centacare took the decision not to reapply for the tender, resolving that Centacare’s expertise lay in other community services. PSP services in Emerald, Gladstone, Mackay and Rockhampton ceased on 30 June 2009. Clients of the program were transitioned to other service providers as smoothly and conscientiously as possible.  4.2 Family Intervention Services (FIS) Program
The FIS Program, funded by the Queensland Department of Child Safety, delivers a variety of services to assist in the reunification of children, who are in the care of the Department of Child Safety, with their families and communities.
